Giselle joined CABRI as a Programme Manager in January 2024. She holds a Bachelors in Development Economics (BSc) from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) and a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She specializes in public financing systems and public sector effectiveness. Giselle comes to CABRI with ten years’ experience working with governments across Africa and Asia to improve health sector financing and outcomes.
